    Doors open. Please arrive no later than 9 AM.

    Warm up. Two miles.

    Nespresso, then a run through Manhattan.

  3. 03

    Coffee. Breakfast. Othership.

    Sauna and cold plunge; bring a bathing suit. Gifting includes Bombas, Grüns and Kosterina.

Doors open at 8:50 AM. Arrive by 9 AM. Bring a bathing suit for Othership; towels are provided. The route and exact meeting address are not public.
